If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have, save where a legal exception applies, a period of 14 calendar days from the day following the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods, in which to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Senergies BV of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement, for example:

Senergies BV may withhold reimbursement until it has recovered the goods or until it has received proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
The reimbursement shall be made using the same means of payment as that used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The consumer must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after communicating their decision to withdraw.
The products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold, complete, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless Senergies BV indicates otherwise.
The customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the products.
