Returns and refund policy

1. Purpose

This policy sets out the conditions under which products purchased from Senergies BV may be returned and refunded.

2. Returns in the context of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may request the return of a product under your statutory right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions set out above.

Where a refund is accepted, it shall be made within a reasonable period and, where the return results from the valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, no later than 14 days after notification of the withdrawal, subject to recovery of the goods or proof of return.

The refund shall be made using the original method of payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Unless the return results from an error attributable to Senergies BV, a lack of conformity, or a specific agreement, return costs shall be borne by the customer.
